• Payment arrangements
When renting our vans a deposit of €500 has to be paid.
First time customers need to make an advance payment of at least 60% of the total costs

Prices plus 19% value added tax, fully comprehensive insurance with an excess of €1000 is included as well as partial cover with an excess of €300.

Rates - Service

All prices listed here are negotiable according to the scope of tasks on tour and the length of the tour period.

• Tour Management
€159, - per day + 19% value added tax
- Plus costs for the organization and logistical preparations of the tour
- Plus day of arrival and day of departure

• Technician and / or Backliner
€159, - per day + 19% value added tax
- Plus day of arrival and day of departure

• Driver
€85, - per day + 19% value added tax
- Plus day of arrival and day of departure

• Merchandiser
€53, - per day + 19% value added tax
Plus 5% profit-sharing of merchandise sales
- Included: the setting up, maintenance and dismantling of the merchandise stall or table
- Plus day of arrival and day of departure

Your job is to provide the following:
accommodation, breakfast, one hot meal per day and non-alcoholic beverages on the day of the show.
